TCW280: Ethernet Analog Output Module for Industrial Automation
The TCW280 is an adaptable analog output module equipped with Ethernet communications, galvanically isolated outputs, and is engineered for use in industrial automation and process control applications. It provides dual analog outputs which may be configured for voltage (0/5V or 0/10V) or current loop (0/20mA, 4/20mA or 0/24mA) modes with high accuracy and a typical resolution of 12-bits. The TCW280 has four open-drain digital outputs which can be set as ON/OFF or PWM and, finally, two relays with one normally closed and one normally open contact. The digital circuits can be turned on and off from the web interface, the scheduling software, or via machine-to-machine . The TCW280 will support MODBUS TCP/IP, SNMP, and HTTP API between two equipment; thus, it may be set in the context of real processes that may require remotely controlling operations, signal modulation and providing feedback on operational processes.
