CT801-TA Tank Level Transmitter: Trusted Gauging for Ships, Barges & Yachts
The CT801-TA is an electro-pneumatic tank level transmitter designed to measure marine craft tank levels such as ship, barge, and yachts. From the bubbler-type principle, it detects liquid column pressure through compressed air supplied at the base of the tank. The induced hydrostatic pressure is detected through a sensitive differential pressure sensor and is translated to an output signal. Its rugged design provides resistance to common marine issues like sloshing, foam, and sloped surfaces. With minimal wetted components, the device brushes away corrosion potential and is easy to maintain. Its compatibility with Honeywell EMx40 radar gauges and simple installation make it the darling in maritime applications since 1966.
