Electronic Chart Display and Information System EC-8100/8600
EC-8100/8600 is a next-generation Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) for the aim of marine navigation in an effective and secure manner. The system is preinstalled with a 26-inch wide LCD display in the EC-8600 versions, and 19-inch LCD in the EC-8100 versions. The system is made with the facility of connecting to autopilot systems in order to create a Track Control System (TCS) and is preinstalled with capabilities that provide instant access to information. Designed to meet the new global requirements, the EC-8100/8600 enhances ease of use by providing ergonomic menu structures and accommodating rapid installation of ENC charts. It further offers optional features such as radar overlay and AIO (Admiralty Information Overlay).
