Engine Control Console (ECC)
JRCS Engine Control Console (ECC): Remote Monitoring & Control for Marine Engines
The Engine Control Console (ECC) is used for remote monitoring and control of main and auxiliary engines and their associated equipment. It incorporates an Alarm, Monitoring, and Control System (AMS, AMCS) that continues to receive sensor information from the vessel main engine, generator, and auxiliary equipment at all times. The console has an LCD display to enable operators to view real-time information and remotely control engine operations. ECC also enables emergency alerts, interboard communication, and other such important functions for safe and reliable vessel navigation. The system caters to remote start/stop functionality of the engines and ancillary units to make ship control easy.
