IMU-μIMU-IC
The IMU-μIMU-IC is a high-performance, near navigation grade micro inertial measurement unit that utilizes established Northrop Grumman Litef GmbH technology. Encased in a small, environmental sealed package, it is specifically designed for marine environments where minimal weight and power consumption are crucial. The IMU-μIMU-IC seamlessly interfaces with the Veripos LD900 receiver and SPAN GNSS+INS technology to provide accurate blended measurements of position, velocity, attitude, and heave. Constructed with MEMS gyros and accelerometers, this micro IMU provides rugged performance in space-restricted applications. A commercially exportable, non-ITAR product, it is well suited to hydrographic survey work and other offshore applications that demand accurate and reliable inertial positioning in compact system design.
