The JCY-1900 is the fourth-generation Voyage Data Recorder (VDR) of JRC and meeting the latest performance standards. It is designed for reliability and long-term performance, and it features two types of capsules—fixed and float-free—and offers 48 hours of recording capacity for both capsule types. The system captures vital data such as radar images, AIS data, bridge voice, VHF calls, and an electronic logbook. In addition, it features a 30-day recording capacity using onboard media. The easy-to-use 7-inch color LCD touch screen allows easy system operation with playback and real-time monitoring capabilities ideal for crew training.
