Simrad Bridge Instruments

Simrad offers a portfolio of three bridge instruments; two displays (i3007 and i3005) and a speed log (SAL R1 Easy Tank Speed Log).

The i3007 and i3005 displays are approved by the IMO for use as Rudder Angle Indicator, Heading Repeater, Propeller Pitch Indicator, and Propeller Revolution Indicator. The i3007 is also approved for use as a Rate of Turn Indicator. The displays can also be used to monitor Engine RPM, Wind Instruments, Digital Data, Thruster Propeller Pitch Angle and Boat Speed.

These devices allow the crew to display up to eight functions at a time on the bridge and are suitable for vessels of all sizes.

The SAL R1 is an IMO type-approved speed log that measures longitudinal speed through water (STW). The technology is based on proven acoustic correlation technology with performance exceeding applicable IMO specifications.
