Rivertrace SMART ODME - MARPOL-Compliant Oil Discharge Monitoring System
The SMART ODME (Oil Discharge Monitoring Equipment) is a modular oil discharge monitoring system intended for crude oil, product and chemical tankers including ICE class vessels, and is compliant with MEPC.108(49) and MEPC.240(65) with respect to biofuels. It provides accurate monitoring, recording, and controlling of ballast water discharge. The compact Valve–Pump–Cell (VPC) assembly avoids bulkhead penetrations and the entire system is capable of being placed into a "simulation mode" for demonstration purposes with a Port State Control (PSC). The innovative architecture of the SMART ODME makes it easy to install, operate, and maintain it and complies with MARPOL and Port State Control.
