TCW242 Industrial IoT Device for Monitoring, Control & Automation
The TCW242 is a rugged industrial IoT device designed to provide accurate monitoring and control for air quality, HVAC, and industrial processes in complex environments. The TCW242 includes one Ethernet port, which supports both 10/100 Mbps connections that do automatic cable detection. The TCW242 includes: four digital inputs for dry contacts, four analog inputs that can be mapped to 0-10V or 0-20mA, an RS-485 serial bus interface that can supports 24 Modbus RTU sensors, four relays and can be configured to support 24 Modbus RTU relays. The TCW242 has web based configuration that includes a password protected user interface that supports up to 24 configurable monitoring channels that configured independently and alarms. The TCW242 support SNMP version 3, does MQTT version 3.1.1, provides a Modbus TCP interface, does standard HTTP/HTTPS, supports advanced scheduling, logging (up to 70,000 records) and notifications. The TCW242 has a browser-based setup feature, remote firmware updates, and backup and restore features to help users operate and integrate the device more easily.
