IR Plus

The IR Plus is a dual-beam infrared hydrocarbon gas detector engineered for rapid, fail-safe detection of gases such as methane and propane in harsh industrial environments. Utilising dual-waveband IR technology, it delivers fast response times of around four seconds. Built for extreme temperatures and high humidity, it features heated optics with Stay-clIR hydrophobic mirrors that minimise false alarms from dust, moisture, or chemicals. Supported by a five-year warranty, it enables non-intrusive remote testing and integrates easily via 4–20 mA outputs, RS-485 (Modbus), and Local-HART. Optional display modules support flexible installation configurations.
