WALKER 5000 WEATHER SYSTEM
The Walker 5000 Weather System provides an economical solution for onboard weather monitoring through a single masthead installation. It includes the P1002 masthead sensor, which measures air temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure. The sensor outputs NMEA data that links directly to the P1255 weather indicator using the 40-metre P293B cable. Suitable for both new builds and retrofit projects, the system allows additional indicators to be added if required. An optional P1263 sea temperature sensor can also be fitted to expand environmental reporting capability. Fully compliant with IEC 60945, IEC 61162-1, and IEC 62288, it delivers a dependable and standardised method for marine weather measurement and display.
