WALKER 5002
The Walker 5002 is an advanced ultrasonic wind and weather system that combines the wind measurement capabilities of the 2080 Mk2 with the environmental sensing of the 5000 series. Installed as a single masthead unit, it operates through one cable for straightforward installation. Its non-moving-parts sensor provides accurate wind speed and direction readings while improving long-term durability. The sensor connects directly to the P1249 wind pointer and the P1255 weather pointer, with optional P1263 sea temperature sensing and the P1066 true wind module available for expanded functionality. Designed for both new vessels and retrofits, it complies fully with IEC 60945, IEC 61162-1, and IEC 62288 standards.
