Inmarsat Mini-C Mobile Terminal for Vessel Monitoring System JUE-95VM
JUE-95VM is a light weight and compact mobile earth terminal that can be utilized in operating the Vessel Monitoring System. It can be used on both small and large fishing boats and provides two-way data and message communications globally via Inmarsat service. The primary application is to transmit vessel position data and it operates in full compliance with FFA regulations. The unit has a high-gain GPS receiver and features the functions of polling, automatic reporting of data, and self-test diagnostics. The terminal is PC-based software and has simple use to enhance usability for several vessels. The additional feature of EGC reception and message transfer options enhance the reliability of the terminal as a monitoring and communication tool.
